Person related to personal data in question also has the right to file a complaint directly to Information Commissioner of Slovenia, if that person believes that the processing of his personal data violates the Slovenian or European regulations. If a person, after filing the complaint to RTC Žičnice, Kranjska Gora, and obtaining the decision regarding this complaint, believes that personal data received is not data he/she requested or has not been received in full, can, before filing the complaint to Information Commissioner, send a complaint to Žičnice Kranjska Gora within 15 days after receiving the decision. Žičnice Kranjska Gora will then deal with the complaint again and make a decision within 5 days after receiving the complaint.
